Overview
Here you can find a variety of costed options to supplement our hosting and support plans, including additional support hours; updates to collection data and media; additional storage; and “Cloudflare-in-Cloudways”.

Support time
Retained hours are agreed upfront as part of your SLA. They are charged for every month and do not carry over. If you need more than is included in your plan you will find they are much cheaper than on-demand support outside the plan.
Retained support
£62.50/hr
Agreed hours per month, invoiced whether used or not. Our cheapest way to buy time — ideal if you need regular help, because it lets us plan capacity and we pass the saving on to you.
On-demand support
£150/hr
Short-notice work outside your retainer. Available when you need it, priced to reflect the flexibility it requires from us.
Data and media updates
There are no additional costs for data and media updates if you run your own CIIM. For customers using TMP’s CIIM, however, the time required to prepare your data and media files and to run the import processes mean that we charge per import (we also offer a reduced cost if you want to do this every month of the year). The costs differ depending upon whether the source of the data is MDS or a spreadsheet, and whether or not images are included. They reflect the relative complexity and effort of each approach, and the time needed to manage the import of your image files. At present our image import process has an appreciable manual component but we hope to minimise this in future and pass on the savings to our customers.
Note: for spreadsheet imports please see here for our assumptions regarding what will be provided to us – either a ready-to-import Excel file, or a MODES XML file to run through our standard process. Fees may differ if we need to prepare the spreadsheet ourselves with a more complex process, but talk to us about this.

Records and image storage
For customers using the TMP CIIM rather than their own, additional records or images beyond the included 20,000 are available as blocks of 20,000 of each (that is, images and records are bundled together for simplicity, so the number of blocks reflects the higher number of either records or images). A block costs £100/year. Examples:
