Additional features, set-up options and ongoing services are available. TMP Bespoke sites can make use of any of the items available to TMP Standard sites, as well as almost unlimited further options for customisation in design, functionality and data.
The costs come in two categories.
- Setup fee, for implementing a feature or process. This may be a flat fee or quoted based on our daily rate of £600
- Ongoing costs, including annual fixed fees for running a service, or pay-as-you-go fees for an occasional service to be paid on demand. They may be agreed between us (for example, for us to run a data processing pipeline) or according to your usage (for example, charges we pass on for your use of a third party AI service).

In depth
User collections
TMP’s user collections solution builds on top of the centralised, anonymised TMP Storage service. Users log in with an existing login (like Google or Facebook) so that neither TMP nor the website need hold any data about them, and then the website communicates with the service to save items into multiple collections, which the user can choose to make public so they can be shared with friends or shown off on the website itself. An annual cost for this will be provided if you use it in your site. Try it on the South West Collections Explorer.
AI enrichment
Please contact us to calculate rates for automated enrichment of your metadata. This varies depending on the services used and other factors. For examples you can see Manchester Images, Fashion Museum Bath or P&O Heritage.
Display of non-standard MDS fields
TMP has mapped a large number of common MDS fields so that they can be readily searched and displayed. If you need to display other fields talk to us – we can very likely make it work. See for example RAMM.
Custom analytics solution; support or help with consent solution
New TMP Standard and Bespoke sites include a built-in, cookie-free, privacy-centric user stats package, Integrated Analytics. If you wish to use something else instead of or in addition to to IA, we can support you with the implementation of that and of a cookie consent solution to accompany it, when needed.
